Breast Cancer, Male: Psychosocial Services

  • Social Work
    Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center's social workers are available to assist with the emotional, social and physical impact of a male breast cancer diagnosis through individual and family counseling, as well as support groups.
  • Psychiatry Services
    A clinical psychologist and psychiatrist are also available to see patients on an individual basis.
  • Couneling Center
    The Memorial Sloan-Kettering Counseling Center offers individual and family counseling sessions to help patients and their families address the problems that they may encounter in adjusting to life during and after treatment.
  • Art Therapy
    Individual and group art therapy sessions are available to patients at the Evelyn H. Lauder Breast Center. In addition, one day a week there is an open studio for all patients and their family members.
