I am a diagnostic radiologist who joined the attending staff at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer in 1978. I currently serve as Director of General Radiology. My clinical interests involve the use of imaging techniques such as CT, sonography, and MRI to diagnose cancer. Although my expertise is in the diagnosis of many types of cancer, I have a particular specialty in advanced breast cancer and lymphoma.
My research focuses on the application, evaluation, and comparison of these imaging techniques in cancer diagnosis. I have taught a course in chest radiology to radiology residents at New York Hospital for more than two decades, and I was Director of MSKCC's radiology education programs for ten years.
