Full Title
A Pilot Study to Identify Patient Factors Impacting Adherence to Oral Chemotherapy
Purpose

Cancer chemotherapy now includes an increasing number of medications that are taken orally (by mouth). However, some studies have found that many patients do not take the drugs as prescribed, and healthcare professionals are eager to know why.

The purpose of this study is to determine what makes it easier for patients to take oral chemotherapy (such as tablets and capsules) and what makes it more difficult. Participants will complete a short questionnaire about factors that influence their ability to take oral chemotherapy; some will have a short interview with a nurse.
