I am a board-certified internist and medical oncologist specializing in treating patients with cancer of the gastrointestinal tract such as colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, and esophageal cancer, as well as other solid tumors.
I have been caring for patients at Memorial Sloan-Kettering's regional facility in Sleepy Hollow, New York, since 2006. Here at Sleepy Hollow, we offer state-of-the-art, comprehensive, and compassionate cancer care for patients at a location close to their homes. Most patients treated at Sleepy Hollow can receive all of their medical oncology care here if they desire, but they also have access to the resources of Memorial Sloan-Kettering's main campus in Manhattan if needed.
The main focus of my practice is patient care, but I have a strong academic interest in gastrointestinal malignancies. I participate in weekly conferences with colleagues in the Gastrointestinal Disease Management team at the Center's main campus. I also have an interest in optimizing patient-doctor communication and helping patients transition back to their primary care physician following completion of cancer treatment.
