Private Room for Each PatientEach patient room is a private room, equipped with a pull-out sleeper couch or chair, a flat screen television, and computer with Internet access. Visiting hours are not restricted and one caregiver may spend the night with a patient. A special shower and changing room is provided for visitors.
Room Service Enhances Patient ComfortPatients are able to order what meals they want, when they want them.
Nurses StationAn open nurses' station is centrally located on the floor.
Daily RoundsOur transplant physicians and highly skilled nurses and nurse practitioners work closely with specialists in kidney, lung, gastrointestinal, and infectious diseases, as well as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure that each patient's care is the best that it can be and that all aspects of a patient's physical and psychological well-being are addressed.
Nurses' StationTransplant patients have ready access to our transplant nursing and supportive services.
Family PantryFamily members and visitors are able to prepare their own meals in the family pantry.
Visitors' LoungeThe visitors' lounge, with Internet access and television, provides a quiet and comfortable area for visitors.
