Barbara Raphael, MD

I am a radiologist with board certification diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine, with special expertise in oncologic and molecular imaging.  As an integral member of the Gynecologic Disease Management Team, I collaborate closely with gynecologic surgeons, medical oncologists, and pathologists to optimize the accurate diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care of women with gynecological cancers.

My research interests include discovery of novel tracers that could lead to improved non-invasive methods for early diagnosis and staging of gynecologic cancers as well as for monitoring the patient's response to treatment.

I am fluent in English, French, Creole, and Spanish.
