I am a board-certified radiologist specializing in breast imaging, including digital mammography, ultrasound, and MRI. In addition to interpreting mammograms, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI, my expertise includes minimally invasive percutaneous, image-guided breast biopsies and aspirations. I am also fellowship trained in body imaging, specifically ultrasound. I consult with oncologists, radiation oncologists, and breast surgeons to ensure patients receive comprehensive multidisciplinary treatment following a diagnosis of breast cancer.
I have over 25 years of experience in the diagnosis of cancers through tumor diagnosis, staging, and evaluation of response to therapy. I take pride in providing compassionate care to all my patients while utilizing cutting-edge care services and technologies.
Prior to joining Memorial Sloan-Kettering in 2008, I was a member of the radiology department at Stony Brook University Medical Center, where I served as Director of Ultrasound, and later as Director of Breast Imaging at the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Care Center.
