I am a radiologist with fellowship training and expertise in breast imaging, body CT, and ultrasound in oncology. At Memorial Sloan-Kettering's regional care facility in Commack, our mission is to provide an equal level of patient care as at the Main Campus in Manhattan.
I interpret screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI in both early detection and staging of breast cancer. I perform minimally invasive percutaneous breast biopsy under ultrasound, stereotactic, and MR guidance. In addition, I interpret body CT and ultrasound for extent of disease, treatment follow up, and assessment of clinical problems. I work closely with colleagues in surgery, medical oncology, and radiation oncology as part of a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of cancer. I participate in several clinical trials evaluating novel treatment approaches for breast and gynecologic cancers.
