I am a pediatric neurologist who cares for children with brain tumors and neurofibromatosis. I also treat children with other cancers that affect the brain and spinal cord, and those with neurological complications of cancer treatment, such as seizures, headaches, cognitive impairment, and problems walking. I have a joint appointment at Weill Cornell Medical College.
In my research, I am studying the biology of neurofibromatosis to seek novel ways to deliver therapy to peripheral nerve sheath tumors. I am also developing clinical trials of new treatment approaches for neurofibromatosis.
