Beth Siegel, MS, CGC

I have been a genetic counselor at Memorial Sloan Kettering since 2000, and was part of the team that launched the clinical genetics telemedicine program at our Commack site in 2003. This program — which has since been implemented at our other regional sites — enables genetic counselors and doctors working at these facilities to seamlessly communicate with colleagues at our main campus in Manhattan without risking patient privacy.

My current research focuses on patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors, also known as GIST.
