Laryssa Buoneto, PT, DPT, CLT, is a graduate of New York University's doctor of physical therapy program, and she enthusiastically joined the Memorial Sloan-Kettering rehabilitation team in 2008. She assesses and treats patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological impairments and implements a variety of skilled techniques to help her patients' achieve their functional goals. Laryssa has focused her practice on building skill sets in the areas of lymphedema, women's health, and low back dysfunctions. She currently assists in running the Osteoporosis Program in the outpatient rehabilitation department. She also participates in the Bone and Cancer Foundation, speaking nationally on “Caring for Your Bones When You Have Cancer” at the foundation's patient education meetings.
