Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center is a leader in the use of advanced technologies to deliver radiation treatment safely and with precision.
At our Sleepy Hollow facility, we use innovative radiation therapy methods that were developed at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. We utilize two state-of-the-art linear accelerators, advanced imaging and CT simulation, and high-speed computer-based systems to deliver radiation directly to the tumor with remarkable precision. We are experts in intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT), and use on-board imaging (OBI) to monitor and account for changes in the location of the tumor immediately before and during each treatment.
Safety is a high priority at each step of your treatment. Medical physicists are involved in every radiation procedure to ensure that the correct dose of radiation is delivered precisely where it is needed.
Memorial Sloan-Kettering Sleepy Hollow provides consultations and treatment for patients with lymphoma, multiple myeloma, chronic leukemia, and other blood cancers. We offer clinical trials and access to Memorial Sloan-Kettering's world-class bone marrow and stem cell transplantation program.
