Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Basking Ridge offers the following services for adults with cancer.
Cancer prevention and early detection are top priorities at Memorial Sloan-Kettering. We offer breast cancer screening services including digital mammography, ultrasound, and MRI, as well as skin cancer screening exams.
Getting a precise diagnosis is the critical first step toward getting the right cancer treatment. At Basking Ridge we use the most-sophisticated imaging technologies — including ultrasound, MRI, CT, PET scans, and PET/CT — to determine the diagnosis and stage of your cancer. We also perform stereotactic, ultrasound-guided, and MRI-guided biopsies.
Our pathologists subspecialize in specific types of cancer and are experts in identifying important characteristics of tumors that can indicate which treatments will be most effective. In many cases we use advanced tests that also consider the genetic traits of the tumor. This information enables us to provide personalized treatment.

Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Basking Ridge uses advanced technologies to deliver radiation treatment with extraordinary precision. Our radiation oncologists, medical physicists, radiation therapists, and nurses work together to ensure that your treatment is meticulously planned, carefully and safely delivered, and effective.
We use intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) to target the tumor while sparing the surrounding healthy tissue. On-board imaging (OBI) is used immediately before and during each treatment to ensure that the radiation is delivered precisely.
At Basking Ridge, we offer state-of-the-art dermatologic care, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of skin cancers, including melanoma. Using Mohs micrographic surgery, our experienced team removes cancers from the skin while preserving surrounding tissue and minimizing scarring. We also use photodynamic and laser therapies. If you are at high risk for skin cancer, we use whole-body photography, dermoscopy, confocal microscopy, and computerized digital imaging systems to monitor for new cancers.
Memorial Sloan-Kettering Basking Ridge offers consultation and treatment for patients with lymphoma, multiple myeloma, chronic leukemia, and other blood cancers. We offer clinical trials and access to Memorial Sloan-Kettering’s world-class bone marrow or stem cell transplantation program.
