Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center has developed survivorship clinics that provide care to adult and pediatric patients who have completed cancer treatment at Memorial Sloan-Kettering.
Adult Survivorship Program Our nurse practitioners offer disease-specific survivorship clinics for patients who have completed cancer treatment at Memorial Sloan-Kettering to monitor for signs of cancer recurrence as well as to identify, prevent, and control side effects of treatment.
Pediatric Survivorship Program For children who have been out of treatment for approximately two years, our Long-Term Follow-Up Program develops a healthcare plan for detecting and managing potential late side effects, supporting childhood cancer survivors in living healthy lives.
Adult Long-Term Follow-Up Program For adults who have survived a childhood cancer, our Adult Long-Term Follow-Up Program provides information about staying healthy, referrals to appropriate medical specialists, and resources for coping with concerns about continuing healthcare needs.
