In these interactive lectures, Master Yang Yang, PhD, will explain the essential foundation of Qigong and will share a number of basic sitting, standing, and lying-down Qigong meditation methods. He will also demonstrate simple traditional moving exercises — all easy to practice and integrate into daily life and very effective at helping us to reduce stress, achieve deeply restful sleep patterns, and increase energy, gain balance and strength, and decrease fatigue.
