Fellowships: Pediatric Neuro-Oncology

The program in Pediatric Neuro-oncology offers a one year fellowship in clinical and/or investigative neuro-oncology. Clinical fellows will receive training in diagnosis and management of primary central nervous system tumors in children and young adults. Investigative areas include molecular biology of brain tumors, angiogenesis and immunotherapy.

The program begins in July.

Eligibility

Applicants should have completed training in an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Hematology/Oncology or Child Neurology fellowship. They also must have completed USMLE I, II, III.

Foreign medical graduates with equivalent qualifications are also eligible to apply. They must have completed all three of the USMLE examinations, a CSA exam, and hold a valid ECFMG certificate. Our fellowship is not ACGME-accredited.

Applicants must complete an application and submit three letters of recommendation, a curriculum vitae, a personal statement, a notarized medical school diploma, and an Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certificate (if applicable).
