The Dermatology Service at Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Center offers a one-year ACGME-accredited fellowship program in procedural dermatology. The fellowship is a joint program with the Department of Dermatology at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell Medical School.

 The Procedural Dermatology Fellowship is designed to offer the fellow a comprehensive training program in cutaneous oncology and surgery, cutaneous reconstructive surgery, and cutaneous cosmetic surgery. The fellow will participate in the management of complex and unusual skin cancers in a multidisciplinary setting and have the opportunity to work with experts from multiple fields, including dermatopathology, surgical and medical oncology, head and neck surgery, plastics and reconstructive surgery, and radiation oncology. The fellow will perform Mohs surgery, cutaneous reconstruction, laser surgery, and cosmetic procedures under the supervision of multiple attending experts.  In addition, the fellow will supervise and instruct dermatology residents, and participate in outpatient clinics, lectures, journal club, and research conferences. There will be ample opportunity to conduct clinical research in cutaneous oncology and surgery.

One year

The fellowship is open to individuals who have completed an ACGME-accredited dermatology residency program. Board eligibility in dermatology is required at the beginning of the fellowship.
