For Medical Students: Stipend & Housing

Stipend

Summer Fellowship participants receive a stipend of $5,500 for eight weeks of participation in the program. Summer Fellowship participants are hired as temporary summer employees of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. All Summer Fellowship participants must provide employment eligibility verification; non-US citizens must submit valid work authorization documentation. Stipends are paid in four installments (minus applicable federal, state, and city payroll taxes) according to the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center payroll schedule.

Housing

Memorial Sloan-Kettering does not provide housing to Summer Fellowship participants. Housing options will be identified and made known to program participants. All housing and transportation expenses are the responsibility of the student.
