In recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, join the Breast Examination Center of Harlem for the annual 2013 Breast Cancer Survivors Program for a discussion of the role of patient navigation as it impacts the future of survivorship. The discussion will be led by keynote speaker Winsome Grant PhD, NP, along with Patient Navigators from Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Breast Examination Center of Harlem and a special musical interlude by Mr. Warren Hicks and company. Light refreshments will be served.
