Take part in a free eight-week series for people who completed active treatment one month to two years ago and currently have no evidence of disease. Patients are invited to bring one family member as a guest. Speakers will include physicians, nurses, clinical social workers, a registered dietician, a speech therapist and a fitness expert. Please note group will not meet on Wednesday, June 5th.
This program will answer your questions about cancer survivorship after treatment ends. The series will cover the following topics.
