Lymphedema — swelling often occurring in the arms and legs — can be a challenging chronic condition faced by many patients after they have been treated for cancer. This program will discuss the basic causes of lymphedema, risk factors, and prevention strategies. Contemporary treatment strategies will be reviewed. A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.
