You are eligible one month after completing last dose. |
| Amnesteem |
You are eligible one month after completing last dose. |
| Antibiotics |
You are eligible 48 hours after completion of therapy if taken for infection and condition is resolved. Donations are permitted if you are taking antibiotics for acne. |
| Anticoagulants |
Your condition will need to be evaluated by medical staff in our Blood Donor Room. |
| Antidepressants |
No restrictions. |
| Anti-hypertensives |
No restriction if blood pressure within an acceptable range. |
| Anti-inflammatories (Examples: Advil, Motrin, Naprosin) |
You are eligible to donate platelets 48 hours after taking any anti-inflammatory medication, including common over-the-counter medications. Anti-inflammatories do not affect eligibility to donate whole blood. |
| Aspirin |
You are eligible 72 hours after last taking aspirin for a platelet donation. Aspirin does not affect eligibility to donate whole blood. |
| Avodart |
You are eligible six months after completing last dose. |
| Cardiovascular Drugs |

| Flagyl |
You are eligible one year after completion of treatment for sexually transmitted disease; you are eligible 48 hours after completion of treatment if taken for other forms of infection. |

You are eligible six months after completing last dose. |
| Methotrexate |
You are eligible seven days after completing last dose. |
| Pituitary Growth Hormone |
You may not donate if derived from human sources. |

You may NOT donate. |
| Soriatane |
You are eligible three years after completion of treatment. |
