Work-related functions and celebrations may be held in the Club. Events must be hosted by a club memeber and prior permission is required from the Club management before planning your event.
Examples of hosted events:
- Standing program or department meetings
- Celebrations for promotions, thesis defenses, publications, retirements
- Welcome receptions for incoming students, new faculty and other trainees
- Seminar speaker and recruitment luncheons.

Refreshments for special events may be ordered from Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center's Special Functions Department; please contact Luis Galano at galanol@mskcc.org. Only liquor purchased at the Club bar, or through the Special Functions Department, may be consumed. External catering services are not recommended.
The Club's occupancy is limited to 78 persons.
The Club does not close for individual special events and permission to hold holiday parties is not granted.
