Upon submission of the online application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the link to access the template of the dean's letter and instructions on where to return it. Submit Dean's Letter of Recommendation together with official transcript, $100 application fee and MSKCC Health Statement. Applications will NOT be reviewed until all these items are received.
Dean's Letter of Recommendation must contain the following information on MEDICAL SCHOOL letterhead:
- Student Name
- Student is in good standing at the school (include school's name).
- Student is in 4th year (US/Canadian Students).
- Course of study is for either an M.D. OR a D.O. degree.
- Personal Health Coverage is OR is not in effect while the student is away from school.
- Malpractice is OR is not in effect while student is away from school.
- Student is approved to take this elective for credit OR not for credit.
