Travel Directions & Parking

• Exit onto the Franklin D. Roosevelt (FDR) Drive, and take the FDR Drive north (uptown).
• Exit the FDR Drive at 61st Street (left exit). Proceed one block on 61st Street and turn right on York Avenue. Proceed north for six blocks; the main campus building is on your left.

• Exit the bridge onto the FDR Drive South (downtown, left exit).
• Take the FDR Drive south to the 71st Street exit. Proceed one block on 71st Street and turn left on York Avenue. Proceed south for three blocks; the main campus building is on your right.

• Exit the bridge onto the FDR Drive South (downtown, left exit).
• Take the FDR Drive south to the 71st Street exit. Proceed one block on 71st Street and turn left on York Avenue. Proceed south for three blocks; the main campus building is on your right.

• Use the upper level of the bridge. Follow the exit ramp to 62nd Street, and then turn right.
• Proceed east on 62nd Street to York Avenue.
• Turn left and proceed north on York Avenue for five blocks; the main campus building is on your left.

• Exit the bridge onto the FDR Drive South (downtown, left exit).
• Take the FDR Drive south to the 71st Street exit. Proceed one block on 71st Street and turn left on York Avenue. Proceed south for three blocks; the main campus building is on your right.

• Merge onto I-95 North.
• Take the Harlem River Drive/Amsterdam Avenue exit.
• Keep left at fork in the ramp.
• Merge onto Harlem River Drive; proceed south (downtown) on the Drive.
• Stay straight to go onto the FDR Drive South.
• Take the FDR Drive south to the 71st Street exit. Proceed one block on 71st Street and turn left on York Avenue. Proceed south for three blocks; the main campus building is on your right.

• Merge onto I-95 North.
• Take the Harlem River Drive/Amsterdam Avenue exit.
• Keep left at fork in the ramp.
• Merge onto Harlem River Drive; proceed south (downtown) on the Drive.
• Stay straight to go onto the FDR Drive South.
• Take the FDR Drive south to the 71st Street exit. Proceed one block on 71st Street and turn left on York Avenue. Proceed south for three blocks; the main campus building is on your right.

• Turn left onto 42nd Street and right onto Tenth Avenue.
• Proceed uptown (north) to 65th Street.
• Turn right onto 65th Street, and proceed crosstown (east) through Central Park to York Avenue.
• Turn left on York Avenue and proceed north to 67th Street; the main campus building is on your left.

• Proceed crosstown (east) on Canal Street to the FDR Drive North (uptown).
• Exit the FDR Drive at 61st Street (left exit).
• Proceed one block on 61st Street and turn right on York Avenue.
• Proceed north for six blocks; the main campus building is on your left.

• Enter Manhattan via the Lincoln Tunnel.
• Turn left onto 42nd Street and right onto Tenth Avenue.
• Proceed uptown (north) to 65th Street.
• Turn right onto 65th Street, and proceed crosstown (east) through Central Park to York Avenue.
• Turn left on York Avenue and proceed north to 67th Street; the main campus building is on your left.

• Take the 6 to 68th Street and Lexington Avenue. Memorial Sloan-Kettering is four long blocks east of this station.
• The Q stops at Lexington Avenue and 63rd Street.
• The N, R, 4, 5, and 6 stop at 59th Street and Lexington Avenue.

• The M15 runs uptown (north) on First Avenue and downtown (south) on Second Avenue. Both the regular and limited M15 buses stop at 68th Street.
• The M30 runs crosstown starting at Eighth Avenue and 57th Street. It proceeds east on 57th Street to Madison Avenue, turning north on Madison to 72nd Street, and east on 72nd Street to York Avenue. The return route goes west on 72nd Street, south on Fifth Avenue, and west on 57th Street to Eighth Avenue.
• The M31 runs uptown and downtown on York Avenue and crosstown on 57th Street. It begins at East 92nd Street and York Avenue, heads south on York Avenue to 57th Street, turns west to Eleventh Avenue, and proceeds south to 54th Street. It returns via 54th Street, then going north on Tenth Avenue, east on 57th Street, and then north on Sutton Place, which becomes York Avenue. Then it proceeds up York Avenue and turns west on 91st Street to First Avenue.
• The M66 runs crosstown, beginning at West End Avenue and West 65th Street. It continues through Central Park and heads east before turning on Madison Avenue. It then proceeds north on Madison Avenue to East 68th Street, then east on 68th Street to York Avenue. The return route goes west on 67th Street, south on Fifth Avenue, then west on 66th Street.

• Subways require fare cards or tokens; buses require fare cards, tokens, or exact change (in coins).

The Corporate Angel Network, a volunteer organization, is available to help you with free long-distance air travel to or from the hospital, as well as helicopter service to the East 34th Street heliport in Manhattan for patients within a 200 air-mile radius. Memorial Sloan-Kettering's garage is located on 66th Street between First and York Avenues. To reach the garage, enter East 66th Street from York Avenue. The garage is located about 1/4 block toward First Avenue, on the right (north) side of the street. It is both convenient and economical. A tunnel connects the garage to the hospital. There are also nearby commercial garages: four on 69th Street between First and Second Avenues and three on 65th Street between First and Second Avenues.
