Description:

In the area of laboratory research, students may elect to participate in a project concerning mechanisms of tumor cell kill via apoptosis or clonogenic death. Emphasis is on ionizing radiation and the role of endothelium in the tumor response. Translational research using human tumor zenografts is routine.
