Application Materials Required
- Online Application: Located at the end of each elective description. View a complete listing of the electives.
- Official School Transcript: Transcript should include all courses taken and grades recieved.
- $100 Application Fee: Checks or money orders for $100 should be made payable to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Canadian students must submit a check in US dollars (drawn on a US bank) or submit an international money order payable in US dollars. Applications will NOT be processed without the application fee.
- Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Health Statement: Health Statement must be dated within six months of elective start date. All titers must be completed on this Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Health Statement. Health documents submitted on other forms will not be accepted. Upon submission of the on-line application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the link to access the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Health Statement. - Dean's Letter of Recommendation: The letter from the dean must confirm your status as a fourth year medical student at the time of participation in the elective and that you are in good academic standing. This letter must be written on medical school letterhead. Upon submission of the online application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the link to access the template of the dean's letter and instructions on where to return it.
