NF-KB as Mediator of Drug Resistance
The experimental hypothesis of this part of our work is that the activation of NF-kB DNA binding is a common feature of acquired CDDP resistance in ovarian cancer.
RNA Binding Proteins as Targets of Drug Therapy
We have also looked at RNA binding proteins and their functions in controlling protein expression in drug resistant lines
MUC16 Signal Transduction
Another aspect of drug resistance is related to the new area of Mucin dependent signaling.
