Current Research Interests:

Christine's current projects include:

  • To examine the differences of DNA copy number change between African American prostate cancer patients and white American prostate cancer patients.

  • To build a nomogram for melanoma Stage III data and the relative survival analysis.

  • Research on multiple imputation methods for handling missing data problems.

She collaborates with Jaya Satagopan, Kathy Panageas and Mithat Gonen on these research projects.
