Li-Xuan Qin
Assistant Attending Biostatistician

Current Research Interests:

Dr. Qin's research interests are in statistical genomics and cancer genomics. She has been developing statistical methods for data normalization, gene clustering, sample clustering, and sample classification, focusing primarily on gene expression data, and methods to integrate information from multiple types of genomic data.

Dr. Qin is involved in genomic collaborations from a number of disease areas, such as soft tissue sarcoma, neuroblastoma, ovarian cancer, and colon cancer. She is also responsible for the design and analysis of clinical trials and retrospective studies in soft tissue sarcoma.
