Li manages the institutional Specimen Tracking system, the part of the Clinical Research Database (CRDB) which tracks tissue and other specimens for MSKCC's Tissue Procurement Service (TPS) and other services. She is also responsible for supporting the Cell Marker Laboratory and the Surgery Sarcoma Service in their use of the CRDB. She has joined the Computing Resource Group team responsible for coordinating CRDB development with the National Cancer Institute's Cancer Biomedical Informatics Grid (caBIG) initiative.
