Rick is responsible for the management and tracking of the Computing Resource Group HelpLine. He troubleshoots and dispatches computing issues specific to the department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics and the Clinical Research Database (CRDB). He also maintains website content for the department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics.
