GHI (PPO and EPO only)
Memorial Sloan-Kettering has a managed care contract with GHI. Our hospital and physicians are in-network providers with GHI's PPO or EPO plans. Memorial Sloan-Kettering is not an in-network provider with GHI's HMO and POS plans or with GHI's Medicare PPO.
Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey only provides in-network coverage in their PPO plan network when services are provided at Memorial Sloan-Kettering in New York State. Horizon provides only out-of-network coverage for services received at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Basking Ridge in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
