Sujata Patil's clinical collaborations are with oncologists and surgeons in the genitourinary, breast, and colorectal surgery services. She has been working with investigators from these services on the design and analysis of prospective and retrospective studies. Dr. Patil's biostatistical research interests are in longitudinal data analysis, analysis of incomplete data, multiple imputation, measurement error models, and Bayesian methods. Based on her dissertation work, she is currently developing methods to investigate the relationship between two or more longitudinal biomarkers as predictors of disease outcome. Other research interests include the analysis of questionnaire data obtained by complex sampling designs.
