Applicants must complete an application and submit three letters of recommendation, a curriculum vitae, a personal statement, a notarized medical school diploma, and an Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certificate (if applicable).
Individuals who are not citizens of the United States must include a copy of a valid visa, proof of employment authorization, or a permanent resident registration card.
Of the three letters, one must be from your program director, service chief, or department chair. The curriculum vitae must specify all positions held from the time of medical school graduation through the present. Applications are reviewed by the Joint Fellowship Steering Committee (MSKCC and NYPH-WMC), and selected applicants are offered a personal interview.
This is a rolling admission program. Personal interviews are conducted beginning in November of each year.
