Currently, I am working on targeted AR therapy in prostate cancer. We published that Androgen Receptor over-expression is both necessary and sufficient in hormone refractory progression. In collaboration with UCLA chemists, we have developed an antagonist toward Androgen Receptor. It has great efficacy on hormone refractory models in animals. Now, I am studying its role mechanistically.
