Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center is committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients and conducting our business with integrity and in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. In accordance with the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005, we are required to provide our vendors and contractors detailed information on the federal and state False Claims Acts and MSKCC's policies regarding how we prevent and detect waste, fraud, and abuse.

In accordance with law and industry standards, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center maintains a process for the disclosure, adjudication and management of situations in which employees or Directors have a personal financial interest in decisions they make on behalf of Memorial Sloan-Kettering or in research conducted at Memorial Sloan-Kettering.
