The Computing Resource Group in the department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics is seeking to fill the position of Associate Application Analyst. This position is responsible for the analysis, programming, testing, integration and documentation tasks of the Clinical Research Database (CRDB) applications including documentation for all phases of development. The position requires an ability to work on multiple projects and responsibilities for programming in Oracle Forms/Reports and JDeveloper. This position also supports new applications and ensures the successful operation of existing applications.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Master's degree preferred. A successful applicant will have 2 years of experience in C/C++, J2EE, J2SE, SQL and their development technologies. Applicant should have user level experience with UNIX and/or Linux, strong knowledge of database ETL processes, and relational database theory and practice. Hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday
