Clinical Practice Ladder

Each nurse at Memorial Sloan-Kettering participates in the Clinical Ladder. Our ladder rewards and recognizes nurses who have developed expertise in nursing practice, and who are models and teachers for their less experienced colleagues. The path for clinical nursing excellence follows this continuum:

  • Clinical Nurse I (CNI)
