I graduated from Cornell University in 2002 with a BS in Biochemistry, Molecular, and Cell Biology. My research interests are in the role of signal transduction pathways in oncogenesis. Since I joined the lab in 2003, I have been using mouse models to study the contribution of the KRas-MAPK signaling pathway to glioma formation. My other projects have included testing small-molecule inhibitors of Ras to treat glioma in mice and looking at a possible role of SHH signaling in KRas-driven gliomas.
