The following guidelines are to be used for stipends paid to Postdoctoral Fellows in research laboratories. Stipend levels may be based upon date that all degree requirements are met. Documentation from the school's registrar is required. The stipend levels listed below will apply to all new appointees and to all current fellows as their appointments are renewed. Recommendations for annual increases are based upon performance and are at the discretion of the lab head.
If there are extenuating reasons for appointing a fellow at a stipend that is in variance with these guidelines, the relevant lab head should contact Gus Bernhardt at 212-639-2206 (or e-mail at bernharg@mskcc.org) for approval before effecting the appointment.
