Projects
Global chromatin structure and transcription of non-coding DNA
We are employing genomics approaches to investigate the function of chromatin remodeling proteins in budding yeast.
The inheritance of chromatin states
We are currently developing genomics and biochemical approaches to investigate if/how particular chromatin states are maintained throughout DNA replication.
