Physicians from China Visit Memorial Sloan-Kettering
Physicians from Fudan University at a reception held in their honor speak with Memorial Sloan-Kettering medical physicist Clifton Ling (white jacket) and Robert Wittes (red tie).
A delegation of ten clinical leaders from Fudan University Cancer Hospital in Shanghai, China, visited Memorial Sloan-Kettering in June. The physicians toured Center facilities, spent significant time with their Memorial Sloan-Kettering counterparts, and learned about Center internal operations, patient care, and clinical research.

"The group was clearly very moved by the warm reception they received," said Robert E. Wittes, Physician-in-Chief of Memorial Hospital. "The visit opened the door for more to come, and further joint activities will evolve as a result of the relationships forged at this first exchange."
