My current research is focused on the development of tumor vaccines, with particular attention to DNA vaccines given alone or in combination with adjuvants. In the course of this research I also have monitored cellular and antibody immune responses in patients with prostate cancer who received DNA vaccines. A second line of research is the description of new biomarkers in the blood of patients with melanoma or prostate cancer.
