Introduction
Chemotherapy can cause late side effects in many organs. The list below is current as of 2003 for FDA-approved chemotherapy agents. The list does not include drugs that are currently experimental.
The following list has all common names for a drug (e.g., doxorubicin is also called Adriamycin® and adria). All of the different names for a particular drug are on the list, so if you know your drug(s) only by one name, you should be able to find it. Once you click on the drug, however, the most common name--usually a generic rather than brand name--will appear. The other names will be under the heading "Also Known As." We have also identified the class of the drug because some side effects are more likely if you also received drugs in a particular class. You can click on the class name to see what other drugs are in that class as well.
