Late Effect (1st of 1)

Abnormal urination such as dribbling and incontinence

Your risk is greater if:

  • You had a higher cumulative radiation dose, especially over 50 Gy.
  • You were also treated with cyclophosphamide.

Recommended Evaluation

  • Complete physical exam and history yearly

Management

  • You may need to have a consultation with a specialist (urologist) if you are incontinent or are having other problems with urination.
