Oren J. Becher, MD
I am a pediatric oncologist who specializes in treating central nervous system tumors in children and teenagers. In collaboration with colleagues, I am exploring new treatment regimens for children and young adults with gliomas. I am interested in discovering novel, highly targeted, potent, and less-toxic molecular inhibitors to treat brain tumors. My laboratory research involves testing novel drugs in genetic models of gliomas, medulloblastomas, and brainstem gliomas.
