I am a radiologist who specializes in ultrasound. Although I am involved in all types of diagnostic ultrasound, my research focuses are in hepatobiliary, gynecologic, and thyroid ultrasound. As a member of MSKCC's Hepatobiliary Disease Management Team, I have conducted research on ultrasound imaging of bile duct tumors. I also collaborate with our gynecologic oncologists in a program to evaluate ultrasound screening for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer in high-risk women. Nationally, I serve as Fellow of the Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound, and at MSKCC, I am Director of Ultrasound.
