I am a medical oncologist with a primary interest in hematologic cancers. These include non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, and multiple myeloma. Most of my clinical and research efforts are directed toward the treatment of patients with lymphoma and Hodgkin's disease who could not be cured by their initial therapy. My colleagues and I are working to develop new ways of using autologous stem cell transplants (stem cells provided by the patient) to treat these individuals.
