I am a gynecologic oncologist who specializes in the surgical treatment of known or suspected tumors of the female genital tract. My areas of expertise include surgery for cancers of the ovary, endometrium, cervix, vulva, and vagina. I have a special interest in the use of minimally invasive techniques in the treatment of these tumors.

I have spent a year abroad in France training with some of the pioneers of advanced laparoscopic and radical vaginal surgery. One of the procedures that I have learned is the radical vaginal trachelectomy. This is a fertility-sparing procedure intended for women diagnosed with early cervical cancer. I am also developing new applications for robotic surgery in the field of gynecologic oncology.
